REGISTRATION POLICY

All bookings done by phone will generate an electronic invoice with a payment link. We request telephone bookings to follow the same deposit / payment structure as online bookings.

The full amount must be paid at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Nobody likes to cancel their plans, but it happens. We try to have a fairly flexible policy for the customer, but we also understand that last-minute cancellations actually affect the booking of other guest rooms.

If you must leave before the date of your departure, please note that your unused hotel nights will be subject to the cancellation policy above.

We are really trying to comply with our policy. If something extraordinary happens that you can not cope with, call us or send us an email and we’ll try to solve it.

If canceled 8 days or less prior to arrival, the full amount of the reservation is non-refundable. No modification or cancellation will be possible 7 days or less before the arrival date, without exception. The full amount of the reservation is non-refundable. Accommodation capacity: The maximum number of guests is clearly indicated for each room or studio. This number includes infants, children and adults. For reasons of insurance and permit, this maximum number is strictly applied. Any customer exceeding this maximum number will be refused at the entrance. Our prices for queen rooms are based on double occupancy (traveling with an extra child is ok). Our queen rooms can not accommodate three adults. Double rooms can accommodate 4 adults. Please understand that our rooms are not huge and that a folding bed would make the room even smaller.

Late fees / Failure: The time of arrival is 21 h. Please note that a $ 30 fee will apply to your credit card if you arrive after 9 pm or if you have not informed us of your late arrival when booking.

Arrival: We guarantee that you can access your accommodation from 3 pm and you can certainly enjoy the trails of the area at any time of the day.

Check-out: Please return your keys before 11 am or if you wish to extend your check-out time until 1 pm, you may be able to do this at an additional charge that will apply to your account.

 

REGISTRATION POLICY

Our normal time of arrival is from 15h to 21h. While this may accommodate most of our guests, if you arrive before or after this time, please consider the following:

If you wish to arrive early, we will try to accommodate you, but this will depend on the time of departure of other guests and the order determined by the cleaning staff. We suggest you take note when booking and call the morning of your arrival to check the condition. If you have to check in before 15:00 and the room is ready, the reservation must be fully paid and we will leave a key at a location agreed with you.

If you plan to arrive after 21:00, please let us know and we will have your room open with the lights on. In this case, your room must be fully prepaid, because there will be no one to process the payments after the closing of the lobby at 21 hours.

CLEANING THE ROOM

For guests staying 2 nights or less, there is no daily maid service, but we are happy to refresh your towels and take out your trash. If you are staying at least 3 nights, please contact the staff upon arrival to arrange cleaning of your room.

ROOM FEES AND DAMAGES

When you book online with us, our system keeps your card in our files to cover any costs and damages. A menu with prices is included in all rooms and you will be charged at the checkout for everything you consume. Damage to furniture, sheets and other property will be assessed and billed to the customer at our replacement cost, which may include labor costs. We will always try to be transparent in our communications about damage any of our facilities.. Remember that excessively dirty sheets, carpets and furniture will be included in the damage.

ANIMALS

We understand perfectly the desire to travel with your furry friends. We simply ask that you be responsible for your pet and respectful of our property and other guests. In order to do that, here are a few rules:

Due to allergy concerns, we do not allow cats to stay in our rooms

Dogs are always welcome (subject to room availability) and a fee of $25 per stay will be added to your invoice after you book. If you are traveling with a pet, please let us know ahead of time so that arrangements can be made.

A maximum of TWO dogs are allowed per room.

Dogs must be leashed or under control at all times. Any unruly pets that cannot be controlled will be asked to leave. This includes incessant barking, damaging property and aggressive behavior.

Like any good owner, we expect guests to clean up after their pet and properly dispose of any waste.

Pets are not to be left unattended in the rooms.

PROPERTY RULES

No smoking of any kind inside any of the rooms. If you would like to smoke, you may do so outside, provided it’s not disturbing other guests.

Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. During this time, we ask that you respect your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. If we have to repeatedly ask you to quiet down, we will then ask you to leave the property and no refund will be given.
