Reservation terms and conditions
A 50% deposit by credit card is required upon reservation.

Cancellation Policy
Please cancel your activity at least 7 days prior to the date in order to receive a refund of the 50% deposit.

Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the date will result in the loss of the deposit.

In case of no-show, the entire activity will be charged to the credit card on file.

Conditions for changes
Please change the date of your activity at least 72 hours (3 days) before.

Additional details
No refunds will be made in case of rain or snow. In case of breakage, storm or any other condition that would force us to close, a refund of the deposit will be made.

Take a soapy shower when you arrive and tie your hair back so that it does not block our filters. As we do not use chlorine, it is important to preserve the quality of the water.

You agree not to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs while using our facilities. It is strictly forbidden to use them on the site. Violators will be asked to leave the premises immediately. (It’s even better to be sober).

Do not smoke inside the spa, even if it is outside.

Please respect the whispering throughout the site. We want to offer a calm space that promotes relaxation.

No food or beverages are allowed on site, only closed water bottles are allowed.

It is forbidden to reserve the chairs with your towel during your thermotherapy tour.

The use of cell phones, Ipads and cameras is not prohibited. However, the conditions to respect when using your devices are the following: no ringing, other sounds or vibrations are tolerated on the entire site.

To arrive 15 minutes before your massage and to shower in the locker room if necessary.

Any behavior deemed inappropriate may be accompanied by a request to leave the site without refund.

Other notes

Thermotherapy may not be suitable for pregnant women, people with angina, hypertension, diabetes, heart or respiratory problems. It is best to consult your physician before your visit.

The minimum age to enter the spa is 14 years old.

Persons 16 years of age and under accompanying you are your responsibility.
